Returns
EastCoastHockeyOnline currently uses U.P.S. as our way of delivery. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. If a product is not in stock, it usually takes 14 days to receive it. Orders are processed within 48 hrs of receipt. After, we receive confirmation from U.P.S a tracking number will be sent to you. U.P.S. Does Not Ship To P.O. Boxes. EastCoastHockeyOnline has a 30-day return policy. We are committed to making sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. A full refund minus a 15% restocking fee, plus original shipping cost will be credited to your account, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The original cost of shipping will be charged even if shipping was free (ex. Product cost 150.00 minus 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping). All returns must be in NEW, UNUSED and RESALABLE Condition. Please keep all tags and original packing materials with product. Please wrap or box product before attaching any labels. Products will be denied return if labels are on original packaging. If possible return product with your invoice. If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us via email. There are exceptions to our return policy, please see EXCEPTIONS below.
*STICKS* Major manufacturers provide warranty information on their websites. Please see manufactures for those policies. Please Do Not Return Broken Sticks To Us.
Exceptions
Customized/Personalized items are not returnable and are final. Due to health regulations Mouthguards, Jock Shorts and Compression pants are not returnable. Please see sizing guide for correct size. Sharpened skates are not returnable. Please try skates on before sharpening. Clearance items are final sales.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the cost of original shipping for the product. If you are exchanging for another product, you must pay shipping both ways. A 15% restocking fee does not apply for exchanges. Refunds will be processed in 7days of receipt of item. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.
