How is my order shipped?
We use UPS as our freight company. Ground shipping is our main way to ship. If you need express saver (next day but afternoon) or express (next day before noon) please let us know in the additional info box upon checkout. Different shipping charges will be applied upon checkout. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How long until my product arrives?
Your order is processed within 48 hrs. It usually takes 5-7 days for your package to arrive. If a product is not in stock, you will receive an email letting you know when it will be available. If you decide to cancel, just let us know so we don’t ship it. Once it is shipped it is yours.
Can I return broken sticks?
If a stick is broken or damaged when it arrives, you can return it to for a new one. We will not take sticks back if they are used. Please refer to manufacturer for their warranties on sticks.
What happens if my product is damaged when it arrives?
If a product is damaged when it arrives, you can return it to us. You will not be charged a restocking fee or incur shipping charges. Please fill out return form and let us know that it was damaged upon delivery. A new product will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged one.
What is oversized shipping?
Some products such as goalie pads, sticks, bags and some accessories are large to ship. UPS charges an oversize fee plus shipping to ship those products.
Can I contact you by phone?
The primary way to contact us is by email. We will respond within 24 hrs upon receipt of your email. If you need to speak to us, please add phone number to email and we will call you as soon as possible.
Can I pay for my order another way besides credit card?
We only accept credit cards. We use a SSL program and all of your information is encrypted. We do not accept gift cards or any coupons at this time.
How do I know what size I need?
Please refer to our sizing guide for information regarding what size you may need. Comfort is very important. If you order the wrong size and need to return it, we will accept back, but you will be charged a restocking fee and shipping charge.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if you are shipping to the State of Pennsylvania will you be charged sales tax. All others are responsible for paying their own state tax.
